Shipping policy

1. Shipping Fees for online sales only

  • Quebec and Ontario: flat rate of $9.95 + tax (some exceptions may apply for remote areas*).
  • Other Canadian provinces: flat rate of $16.95 + tax (some exceptions may apply for remote areas*).
  • United States: flat rate of $34.95, including customs and brokerage fees (some exceptions may apply for remote areas*).

*The flat-rate shipping fee applies across Canada, except for certain remote regions where additional charges may apply. We will notify you before processing the order.
These fees apply only to individual online orders.

CORPORTATE ORDERS AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
A personalized quote will be provided based on the number of packages and their destinations. Contact us for more information.


2. Order processing

Our teams prepare and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Once your package has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.


3. Delivery areas

blanc par rouGe delivers across all of Canada and the United States.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays for the return of your package.


4. Products damaged during shipping

If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.


5. Incorrect products, missing or expired items

If you receive a product that does not match your order, or if an item is missing or expired, please write to us within 48 hours of receipt at commande@blancparrouge.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and attach photos of the package and products received.

Once the claim has been verified, we will correct the situation by shipping the missing items or providing a replacement.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the incorrect product (unused and in its original packaging). A prepaid return label will then be provided.


6. Liability in case of theft

blanc par rouGe cannot be held responsible for stolen packages when the carrier confirms delivery.
We suggest that you choose a secure address for delivery or provide specific instructions when placing your order to reduce the risk.


7. Undelivered, refused, or returned packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed, was refused, or the address provided was incorrect, we will refund the amount of the merchandise, less applicable shipping and administrative costs.
You may also choose to pay the shipping costs again so that the order can be sent back to you.
