Add onion confit to a grilled cheese, with a strong cheese, in a submarine (confit is excellent with all types of cold meats!) or in your hamburger. Or use it as a condiment with foie gras or duck breast, guinea fowl or even couscous!

Try it on bagels with cream cheese, inside hamburger patties with fromage blanc, in grilled paninis or submarines.
