Shipping policy
1. Shipping Fees for online sales only
Everywhere in the USA: flat-rate fee of $35*
*The flat-rate shipping fee applies across the USA, except for certain remote regions where additional charges may apply. We will notify you before processing the order.
These fees apply only to individual online orders.
CORPORTATE ORDERS AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
A personalized quote will be provided based on the number of packages and their destinations. Contact us for more information.
2. Order processing
Our team prepares and ships orders within 2 to 3 business days.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
3. Delivery areas
blanc par rouGe delivers throughout the United States.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays or the return of your package.
4. Products damaged during shipping
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing commande@blancparrouge.com.
Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Once validated, blanc par rouGe will replace the damaged items.
5. Incorrect products, missing or expired items
If you receive a product that does not match your order, or if an item is missing or expired, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your package at commande@blancparrouge.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and the products you received.
Once the claim has been reviewed, we will correct the situation by shipping the missing items or providing a replacement.
In some cases, we may request the return of the incorrect product (unused and in its original packaging). A prepaid return label will be provided if needed.
6. Liability in case of theft
blanc par rouGe cannot be held responsible for stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or adding specific delivery instructions when placing your order to reduce the risk of theft.
7. Undelivered, refused, or returned packages
If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed, was refused, or the address provided was incorrect, we will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise, minus applicable shipping and administrative fees.
You may also choose to pay the shipping fees again to have the order resent to you.
