Delivery Schedule
ROUGE Maple Tree Adoptions
For all ROUGE Maple Tree Adoptions, we aim to send the first package within 2 weeks of receiving the order. If there is a problem with any of the information we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
You will first receive the ROUGE Spring Package. This package
consists of two 500ml bottles of ROUGE’s 100% pure organic maple
syrup ensuring the freshest maple syrup from the current season. The
second package, the ROUGE Gourmet Package (consisting of organic
maple syrup gourmet products) will be sent out to you 4 to 6 months after the first shipment.
ROUGE Shop Orders
We aim to send all items ordered within 2 weeks of receiving the order and the shipping information.
We insure the goods until delivery, but can't be held responsible for failed delivery due to factors beyond our control such as mistakes with addresses.
Our Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it, in the same state in which you received it, for a refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery date. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. We'll refund the cost of the item within 30 days of receiving the returned, undamaged goods.
You can cancel your order at any time before delivery by emailing or calling us before the despatch times stated above.
